Remove the base insert before cleaning. Spot clean or gently hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Never leave your pet unattended inside the carrier; check the straps, stitching and base before every use.

Cleaning Instructions
Hand wash using mild soap and warm water (recommended method). Alternatively, our Step-In Harness can be machine washed on the delicate cycle in cold water with no detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or air only.
Caution Notice
All of the dyes used in our products are pet safe. For some of our more vibrant colors, the dye may transfer to lighter-colored pet coats. We recommend hand-washing your Harness before the first use with mild soap and warm water, then air drying flat.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $90 and above! Nothing stands between you and your order except 9-15 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select Expedited shipping at checkout for delivery in 5–8 business days.
Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they have not been used. Products may be carefully tried on to confirm fit, but items that have been used outdoors, soiled, damaged, or show signs of use beyond try-on are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders with Shipping Protection include a prepaid return shipping label. For orders without Shipping Protection, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
